Will of William Jackson of Crakehall, 1613

In the name of God amen That I Willm Jackson of Great Crakhall in the County of York, yeoman, being sick in body but of perfect memory thanks be to god do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following :
First I beqeath my soul to god my creator, and my body to be buried in the parish church of Bedale, and to avoid all contention after my death I bequeath all my goods and cattle as followeth :
I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Jackson my farm wherein I now dwell, when he accomplisheth the age of 21 years.
I give all my farming to my wife for the bringing up of my children till my son Robert Jackson come to the age of 21 years, if that Jane Jackson my wife continue so long unmarried, and not otherwise .
I give and beqeath all my goods to my other four children, that is to John Jackson, Margrett Jackson, Jane Jackson, Christeble Jackson to be equally divided among them.
I give and bequeath all my wain and plough gear to my son Robert Jackson when he comes to the farm, or the value thereof.
I give unto my son Robert Jackson two ewes and two lambs.
I give and bequeath unto my son John Jackson other two ewes and lambs .
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ohristeble also two ewes and lambs.
I do make John Jackson and Jane Jackson my wife joint my executors.
And also do make supadvisers of this my last will and testament Mathew Pybus, Christopher Hawe, Henry Pybus, George Jackson.
